This product is unsafe and will harm your dog. We inadvertently left the device on in our living room for 24 hours and our dog suffered terribly.
Shaking, panting, no food or drinking. It was terrible. Took him to vet twice and only after we discovered the device had been left on, that the dog recovered.
It was very traumatic and upsetting for the whole house. This is a dog torture device. It should have an automatic shutoff or it should be pulled from the market.

I appreciate your comment and thoughts, however, Dog Barking Control Devices, or any behavioral dog device for that matter, is not meant to be left on for 24 hours.
I do see the benefit of an automatic shutoff device and maybe that’s something we can suggest to manufacturers. At the end of the day its the dog owner’s responsibility to make sure the device is turned off and used according to manufacturer’s guidelines. If your dog doesn’t stop barking there might be other issues that you need to figure out.
I hope your dog is doing better now and I’m glad that you figured out the problem.
